Life & work base

Mustafa Egemen Sener — also searched as Mustafa Egemen Sener — was born on 28 May 1968 in Çifteköprü, Borçka, Artvin. After secondary school he settled in Istanbul, where he still lives and works. He is active in construction, real estate, infrastructure, urban renewal, port–shipyard investment and selective renewables.
Site tempo and delivery dates sit at the centre of his work. He began in the 1990s with Istanbul construction and real estate, expanded into renewal and infrastructure in the 2000s, and opened South American port and shipyard investments in the 2010s. Since 2016 he has been a founding partner of Altamira Global Strategies.
He deepened his international business background at Rotterdam School of Management (RSM, Netherlands). He is known as Mustafa Egemen Şener, and also as Egemen Şener.

Artvin · 1968
The story starts in the misted mountains of the Eastern Black Sea. To be born in Çifteköprü is to learn early the pace of land and the weight of a given word.
His father was a respected farmer; his mother came from a rooted Laz family. Istanbul changed the scale; the village measure did not vanish.
Steps from the building site to the port: in every decade the same question — was the word kept, was the work delivered?

Construction
Neighbourhoods, plants, roads and networks — the skeleton a country stands on.
For Mustafa Egemen Sener, construction is not a list of square metres for sale. Concrete poured today may become a home, a working plant or a city’s water line. That is why work is followed on site through to delivery.
Cities are growing in Türkiye; people want places that are safe and long-lived. Fast stock is not enough. What is needed is held tempo, measured quality and assets that still stand years later.
A wall alone is not enough. Without roads, water and energy a neighbourhood does not work. Construction and infrastructure therefore sit in the same file.

In the Ukraine years he developed business and ran projects in Eastern Europe. Different rules, a different market pace, different standards — an international view took shape there. Discipline learned in Istanbul was applied with the same measure elsewhere.
Open-plan living, high ceilings, wide glazing and careful interiors. A contemporary home, documented from facade to living room. The frames below show it on site.

Istanbul site discipline and an international housing standard, seen together.
Six fields, one measure: the visible building and the system that keeps it standing.
Homes, workplaces, industrial plants. Run from Istanbul; site, delivery and upkeep at one table.
Roads, water, energy — lines a city uses every day, built to run for years.
Replacing unsafe buildings. The aim is not more floors; it is safe, liveable space.
Dry docks, quays and logistics in South America. At the water’s edge, time and supply are read together.
Selected solar and wind — so the portfolio is not locked to one sector.
Altamira Global Strategies: corporate finance and strategy beside the construction line.
After 2010, capital turned to shipyards, port logistics and maritime capacity on the Atlantic line from Montevideo to Recife.
Uruguay, Brazil, Argentina and inland corridors read as one system — field memory, not a distant showcase.

A kept word precedes the contract; table and site speak one language.
Results must be visible — delivery, not headlines.
Assets are built to remain operable years later.
Portraits, ports and shipyards — field and corporate face side by side.
